How do $150 and $375 work?
Ruta is $375 a month, or $150 a month when you take payments through Ruta Pay. Your first month is $150 either way.
When would I pay $375?
After your first month, if you’re not taking payments through Ruta Pay yet. It’s $375 a month until you are, then $150 a month from there.
Do you charge per crew member?
No. Your subscription covers everyone: every crew member, every customer.
What do texts cost?
Your first 200 texts are on us. They never expire, and once they’re used, they’re gone. After that, 5¢ a text: one a visit, and one per customer for each campaign.
How do we get paid?
Card on file, charged automatically when the visit is complete. Card rates start at 3.99% + 30¢ per payment. Checks work too, if anyone still writes them.
Can we switch to Ruta mid-season?
Yes. Drop in your export. Ruta builds your setup for you to review, and you can start the next Monday.
